Explain what you do here at GDS.
I manage the set-up of AutoCAD jobs, along with the set-up of Fire Alarm and Electrical design jobs.
Why do you enjoy working the engineering/design/construction field?
There is always something new to learn and improve upon.
What accomplishment or award are you most proud of?
I am most proud of being a good father to my children/step children. They are my best accomplishment.
As a child, what did you want to be when you grew up?
I wanted to be an Infantry Marine.
What inspires you?
Learning new skills to become better at what I do.
Tell us about your background and why you chose to work at GDS?
I have been in the engineering world since 2006, creating drawings in AutoCAD. I like the company atmosphere at Gibbens Drake Scott, Inc. My dad worked here when I was a kid, and I grew up in the GDS culture.
Tell us about a special talent or a strength you have.
I am learning to play bass guitar.
What do you enjoy outside of work?
Fast cars, archery, target shooting and hunting.
What are three words you would use to describe yourself?
Respectful, loyal & a bit rowdy.
