I design mechanical and plumbing systems, preparing construction documents and supporting coordination, submittals, and field review.

Why do you enjoy working in the engineering/design/construction field?
I enjoy critical thinking and finding solutions to help people be more comfortable in their daily lives.

What drew you to Gibbens Drake Scott, Inc.?
I love how family oriented GDS is and accepting of all walks of life.

As a child, what did you want to be when you grew up?
I wanted to be an Astronaut when I grew up.

What inspires you?
Growth.

Could you tell us about your background?
I began my career in civil design, working on railroad and roadway projects. While I enjoyed that work, I eventually reached a point where the learning opportunities became limited. Transitioning into mechanical design has fulfilled my desire for continued growth and problem‑solving, allowing me to continuously expand my knowledge and technical skills.

Tell us about a special talent or a strength you have.
I love to garden! I have an indoor and outdoor garden.

What do you enjoy outside of work?
I enjoy hiking, water sports, and bird watching.
