• Metropolitan Apartments, Kansas City, Missouri
  Project consists of 60 units, all two-bedroom type, in eight separate buildings that were three-story in height. This was a HUD housing project.  Services included all HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical lighting and power, and coordination of utility services for each building.

• Chesapeake Apartments, Lenexa, Kansas
  Project consisted of 585 new apartment units in 27 buildings. Project also included a Clubhouse.  Apartment units ranged from Studio units to three-bedroom units.   Services included all HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical lighting and power, and coordination of utility services for each building.
