Project included an addition of approximately 6,000 SF, which included a new
sanctuary and entry foyer, new restrooms, and storage space. An additional approximately
5,000 SF was to be converted into classrooms in the basement at a future date. Provisions
were made in the existing utility systems to accommodate this future remodeling. The
addition required the relocation of an existing water main as well as a new gas service
and electric service to the facility. Lighting in the sanctuary used a multi-scene preset
dimming system to accommodate changing lighting levels for different services. The HVAC
system utilized split systems to provide some means of zoning and control of temperature
in the spaces.

sanctuary would be used for.
