• Marriott Residence Inn, Country Club Plaza, Kansas City, Missouri
  Project included a two-story parking garage with a four-story guest room addition above with Lobby, Meeting Rooms, Administration area, Exercise Rooms, Spa/Hot Tub area and Breakfast area.  Services included all HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical lighting and power and fire protection design.

• Muehlebach Marriott Hotel, Kansas City, Missouri
  Project included a new 413 room, 18 story hotel located in downtown, Kansas City, Missouri. This included a new Lobby and Reception Area, Lobby Bar, Meeting Rooms, employee lockers and Kitchen/Dining areas as well as some Administration area. Also included was the renovation of the existing Muehlebach Hotel, which included the original Lobby, a Restaurant, Ballroom, Meeting Rooms, and some pre-function areas.  Services included all HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical lighting and power, fire protection design, which included all high-rise life safety systems.

• Plaza Marriott Hotel, 15 story hotel, 300 rooms, Kansas City, Missouri
  New 15 story, 401 room hotel located near the Plaza area, complete with Ballroom, Meeting Rooms, Restaurant, Bar, Lobby, Business Office, Pool/Spa area and a five-story attached parking garage.   Services included all HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical lighting and power, fire protection design, which included all high-rise life safety systems.
