Metro North State Bank, North Kansas City, Missouri
Project included a 10,000 SF banking facility on two levels with the banking functions
on the main level and offices on the upper level. Banking functions included Teller
Stations, Loan Department, drive-thru facility and an ATM. Services included all
HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical lighting and power connections, and power connections
for all security systems.
St. Joseph State Bank, St. Joseph, Missouri
Project consisted of a 10,000 SF banking facility with banking functions of Tellers
and Office Space on the main level and a Community Room on the Lower Level. Project
included 4 drive-thru lanes and an ATM. Services included all HVAC systems,
plumbing, electrical lighting and power connections, and power connections for all
security systems. State Bank of Missouri – Grain Valley, Missouri
Project consisted of 5,000 square foot banking facility with banking functions of
tellers, office space, vault, work room and break room for the employees. Four covered
drive-thru lanes and an ATM were included. The exterior lighting and signage lighting were
controlled with a photocell and a lighting contractor. The HVAC system used split system
units to serve the public spaces and the employee spaces.
