Bob is the Corporate Treasurer of Gibbens Drake Scott, Inc. and joined the firm in 1985. He has more than 26 years of experience in design of HVAC and plumbing systems for a wide range of commercial, industrial, institutional, educational and government projects.

His capabilities stays in tune with up-to-date technology and standards which includes bringing existing systems up to the present indoor air quality standards, along with ASHRAE 15 refrigerant standards.

For a major portion of his career, he has served as Project Mechanical Engineer and/or Principal-in-Charge on projects. He brings many years of practical experience in project design, management and control to the project both from the consultant and owner side.

Bob has recently completed LEED (Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design) training and accreditation exam and is now a LEED 2.0 Accredited Professional and qualified to participate in sustainable design and construction for LEED registered buildings through the U.S. Green Building Council.
